My journey began as a student in Dr. Wolfe’s theology class. He made us think, ponder, question even. Then Professor Bates’s philosophy class and chats. We called ourselves the Dead Theologians Society and read from the greats while we sat in candlelight and burned incense. I knew I wanted to inspire like those men had inspired us. I knew I wanted to end ignorance and lead others to the well of true, deep thoughts.
Thirteen years later, my passion is still to inspire and to help others think critically. My purpose is to help teachers and students become 21st century learners & innovators through project based, inquiry driven learning opportunities, 20% time / genius hour, and the incorporation of technology.
I hope to soon be a Google Certified Educator and maybe eventually trainer & innovator.
Personally, I am married to a talented character voice actor who is in local commercials to Anime dubs to online video games. I am a board game geek spending most Saturdays playing table top games (not Monopoly). I am also a Sci-Fi, Dr. Who, Fringe loving, techy nerd girl.
